Corby Cadets Hit the Marq-uee

Cadets from 422 (Corby) Squadron Royal Air Force Air Cadets will be hitting the streets of the local community with pride thanks to financial support from the Constance Travis Charitable Trust Fund.  The Squadron was awarded the full amount of a grant application towards the purchase of its very first Squadron branded marquee.

The marquee will be used as part of their recruitment equipment and also as a base of operations when they take part in helping in local community events.

Pilot Officer Kev Ritchie; Officer in Charge of Corby Air Cadets, said “I would like to thank the Constance Travis Charitable Trust Fund for their very generous support, the Northamptonshire Community Foundation, Mr Carl Clayton for his help with finalising the designs and also my Civilian Committee for all their hard work in making this possible.  The cadets and staff cannot wait to get out on the road and show off the Squadron with pride.”
